For Sale: Stealth Banjo

Casey is selling her Stealth Banjo, which she bought new in 1997. She played it while she was in college and recorded one studio demo with it (see audio sample below). Serial #10797-5. It is walnut with a McPeake tone ring and the distinctive hidden fifth string neck with radiused fingerboard. It has always been a great sounding banjo, and has only improved with age.

Listen to a sample of Casey playing here stealth on a tune called Pick Along. This was recorded in 1998 with the band DeSoto. Other musicians are Archie Warnock (guitar), Mike Marceau (bass), and Howard Parker(Dobro). Toward the end the audio quality gets a little funky, but the first two banjo breaks are fine.
